TRX40

Incorporating the TRX Suspension Training along with DumbBELLS and KettleBELLS. This is a total body workout designed for ALL LEVELS to help you get stronger and tone your body as you go through circuits that focus on core, upper body, lower body, and cardio.


Rhythm TRX

Join us for a Latin Ballroom Dance class taught by United States National Finalist and Two-Time Junior Olympian, David James Graye.

Trained by "Dancing with the Stars" pro Karina Smirnoff, David James Graye teaches you how to dance International Ballroom Dances ranging from Cha Cha, Samba, Rumba, Paso Doble, Jive, and Salsa.

This class will teach you basic combinations of Latin Dances and improve your technique as you keep going. The class is split into two sections: One - Learn combinations & Two - Train the muscle groups used in the combination.

CIRCUIT45

This is a circuit-style strength training and HIIT workout session. No workouts are repeated, you'll incorporate anything from dumbbells, kettlebells, and slam balls, and you get to go at your own pace.


TRX BOOTCAMP

Need an extra push? Our TRX Bootcamp is a crossover and a mixture between our TRX Blast and Dig Duo. The class takes the latest fitness methods and exercises and combine them for fast-paced classes that burn fat, build strength, and are sure to make you sweat! Cardio, strength, and mobility are implemented in the class. 

Our goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. We want you to have tons of fun – but be prepared for some high intensity training! (Intermediate to Advanced)
