DIG Ride

Our signature ride is a 50 minute high-intensity party on a bike that is a mixture of power and rhythm! It is a low-impact cardiovascular workout and can be done by people of all fitness levels. (Guaranteed to burn between 500 to 800 in 50 minutes).

Our instructors will provide you with the proper form to pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises by using our phenomenal sound system (8 speakers in the room), our theatrical lighting system, and energizing music. Mesmerizing beats and theater illumination are integrated with choreography for an exhilarating, full body experience, and a digital detox for the mind, body, and soul.

PERFORMANCE Ride

Performance RIDE is a high intensity indoor cycling class with a more traditional structure that focuses on riding to specific RPM speeds in sprints, intervals, and climbs that will be sure to give your legs an incredible burn. You will burn calories for hours with this 40-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) indoor cycling workout. Featuring "true to the road" indoor cycling techniques without hand weights or choreography. With plenty of modifications available, all fitness levels will find this RIDE to be rewarding and challenging.

 

Rhythm Ride

Dance with us on the bike as we ride to the beat of the music 💃. This choreography-style ride is a party with colorful lights, energetic music, and various “dance” moves that the instructor will guide you through. Not much of a dancer? Not a problem! These moves are easy to learn and follow along with. Using weights in the Rhythm ride is at the discretion of the instructor.

Dig Duo (Cycle + Strength)

This popular hybrid class combines 30 minutes of indoor cycling in Studio A followed by 30 minutes of strength and lengthening in Studio B.  The Results? A strong body and beautiful soul.

Ride For Change
