At DIG, we believe that a fitness studio is not simply a place where one can work out. We take personal training (1 to 5 times a week of private 1-on-1 sessions) to a whole new level. DIG GROUP TRAINING
Have a group interested in training together? Small group personal training sessions at DIG are 60 minutes long and designed for groups of 2-12 people. In addition to the workout, our trainers will apply the TO23 (the other 23 hours) platform where each program is designed and tailored specifically for both weight training and high intensity calorie burning goals. Your health coach will help you pick the right program for your individual goals in addition to nutrition, homework and weekly measurements. Our sessions are pre-designed, member specific and heart rate monitored! Track your calories burned and heart rate zones during class to ensure the best workout for your goals!
