BOOKING A CLASS

Booking Your Class: Reserve your indoor cycling or strength class through our online scheduler or WellnessLiving app.

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel up to 4 hours before class without penalty….More flexible than many fitness studios. If you’re running late, call the studio so we don’t release your bike to someone on the waitlist.

Late + No-show Policy: Arriving more than 5 minutes late means you won’t be allowed into class — out of respect for the experience and fellow riders.

First Time Riders: Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to get set up, comfortable, and ready to ride.

Which bike to choose?

  • Front Row: Follow the instructor closely

  • Middle Row: Working toward following the pace

  • Back Row: Great for beginners or those modifying due to injury
